Parfumeurs Rancé

Founded in 1609 by Louis Rancé in Grasse, France, where he worked as a Maître Parfumeur.  His atelier created some of France's most exquisite eaux des parfum and savon parfumé for the French Aristocracy.

In 1795, it was François Rancé who became the official parfumeur to the French Imperial Court and was Empereur Napoleon's favorite. François Rancé revolutionized the art of parfumerie perfecting fragrances of timeless elegance.
